Steel Slide Gates

Steel Slide Gate standard specifications:

• Frame: 2" square tube.
• Pickets: 5/8" square tube spaced 6" on center.
• C-channel: 2" x 1" x 1/8".
• V-brace: 1" x 1/4" flat bar (if needed).
• Mesh: ½" x #13 flat expanded steel.
• Ground track: 4" x ¼" flat bar with 1 ¼" x 1 ¼" x 3/16" angle iron.
• Paint: Prime gray with prime black gloss top coat.
• Hardware: Heavy duty 4" hardened V-groove wheels and 6" guide rollers.

Steel Swing Gates

Steel Swing Gate standard specifications:

• Frame: 2" square tube.
• Pickets: 5/8" square tube spaced 4 5/8" maximum on center.
• C-channel: 2" x 1" x 1/8".
• V-brace: 1" x 1/4" flat bar (if needed).
• Hinge posts: 4" x 4" x ¼" square tube.
• Paint: Prime gray with prime black gloss top coat.
• Hardware: Heavy duty 4 bolt flange bearings with 1" hinge pins.

Steel Pedestrian Swing Gates

Steel Pedestrian Swing Gate standard specifications:

• Gate Frame: 2" x 1" square tube.
• Transom Frame: 2" square tube.
• Pickets: 5/8" square tube spaced 6" on center.
• C-channel: 2" x 1" x 1/8".
• Mesh: ½" x #13 flat expanded steel.
• Astragal: Full length 1 ½" x 1/8" flat bar.
• Lock protection plates available as needed.
• Paint: Prime gray with prime black gloss top coat.
• Hardware: Hydraulic closer and (4) 3" butt hinges.
