  Summary: Excellent Product, Great Price, Top Quality Installation
  Review: I recently purchased two Clopay wood garage doors from Cressy and was delighted at the company. From the beginning they were knowledgable as we sorted through many options and brands. They were also patient because making a decision was not easy. They were courteous and prompt with the order and they drove 3 hours one way to deliver and install the doors!! I would have to say that Cressy gets top marks in all areas and a special thanks to Randy Weller and his install crew for all of their help and a professional job well done.

  Summary: Great to deal with!
  Review: Sales representative Dean Moerer was great to work with. Our garage door Linear motor was installed on time and for exact amount of estimate. The tech did a nice job and we are happy with the install.We would recommend Cressy again to our friends.   Summary: Another excellent experience
  Review: This is the fifth door and opener assembly we have purchased and had installed by Cressy Door. As with the others it was done on time and in a very professional manner. The installations were done by different technicians but the results were the same. Each tech took the time to answer any and all questions I had in a friendly and easy to understand manner. In the future when we need garage doors we have no reason to go anywhere else. Thank you Cressy Door for another job well done!!

  Review: Very informative about the products in which they are selling and fantastic customer service. Randy, the salesman was a big reason why I chose Cressy Door. I had a builder refer both NW door and Cressy and I was likely going to make my decision based on the salesman. Randy was a better sales person in my opinion.

  Summary: Excellent Service
  Review: I needed to have two panels of an existing garage door fixed and they provided excellent customer service. From the sales coming out to see what was needed to the installer who replaced the door. Pricing was excellent too!! Hopefully I will not need them again soon BUT if I do I will not hesitate to call or recommend to others!! Thanks again for completing our job quickly and professionally!!

  Summary: Excellent experience all around
  Our original 1930's garage door was installed in a very tight spot. We had several installers look at it and refuse to take the job (including the This Old House scouting crew looking for jobs for their TV show!). Cressy Door just said, "No Problem!" We already had a new garage door opener still in the box, and Cressy said they could use it when other installers had said it wouldn't work in our application. Our new door was installed quickly by a very polite installer. Cressy also offered a better choice of doors (and it didn't cost more either), so my garage looks different from all the other garages in Seattle. It looks great and functions perfectly. I couldn't be happier.
  My teenage daughter's first response on seeing the new garage door: "Wow. We need someone to build a new garage around that door!"
